BOLOGNA / GAU ARENA STUDIO
The brand-new training center for Italian football club Bologna Calcio is a 2000 sqm building featuring locker rooms, medical facilities, offices and a conference room. The center is a remarkable achievement in terms of sustainability, being 100% solar-powered thanks to the photovoltaic panels on the roof.
In this project, the Artigo collection proved once more to be an important ally in terms of design, assisting Gau Arena Studio in their decision to use the flag colors of the soccer team, red and blue, as a constant presence throughout the building.
The choice came to our Kayar flooring, designed by Sottsass Associati, in the K74 and K62 colors, with the addition of the neutral K104, for a total surface of 1800 sqm.
