NDIS Headquarters

13-19 Malop Street, Geelong VIC 3220

The new NDIS head office in Geelong, Victoria, an innovative project designed by Woods Bagot, integrates Spectrum’s Kayar Rubber flooring. Situated at the historical Carlton Hotel site on Malop Street, this state-of-the-art facility will centralise operations for approximately 600 NDIA staff. It's designed to be fully accessible, supporting the diverse needs of the workforce and enhancing their ability to deliver vital services to Australians with disabilities.

Spectrum’s Kayar 3mm Rubber flooring, chosen for its superior environmental and acoustic properties, is laid throughout the office’s open spaces, kitchen, and breakout areas. This flooring is not only GECA certified but also meets ISO and EN standards, ensuring low emissions and the absence of harmful chemicals like formaldehyde and plasticisers. The Plan/Sheet System range comes with a surface treatment that improves performance and minimises maintenance needs.
